    Default The Scheduler for the scheduled Reports has failed

    Hi All,

    my Scheduler for the scheduled Reports is failing all the time. I tried to use the repair function in Sugar but it didn´t help. Can somebody help me out with a solution or at least an idea what it can be? Sugar Pro 5.2.0e

    Hello Matthias,

    are you unable to schedule any reports, or does this only fail sometimes?

    If your have never been able to schedule reports, make sure the scheduler for the Reports is set up and that the system outbound email is set up.

    If this works sometimes, then there is possibly a bug. I found bug #29439. Maybe check to see if this scenario is applicable to you.

    You might also want to turn on the error log and see if there are any errors that might help you further troubleshoot the issue.

    Hi, no i can schedule them but the scheduler is trying to run this process but it always failed. all other processes are working fine like the workflows etc. but the scheduler failed. it is since i upgrade to 5.2.0e
    I will try to patch version f today. maybe that helps. thanks
