Schedulers: Update Users With Reminders

Hi guys,

I have had this problem, since i installed SugarCRM for the first time about 2 month ago.

The system works perfect, but i want to be able to recieve email reminders. So if i have to make a call to somebody, i check reminder and 1 hour before.
So i should recieve an email one hour before the call, meeting, task have to be done. But this feature is not working?

I have added the following line: cd /home/northsh7/public_html/crm; php -f cron.php > /dev/null 2>&1 to my cron jobs and i can see in the log its running fine, but with wrong dates though?

I have configured the site with the correct date format so i don't know why its saying 1999 and not 2008.
I have attached two images which shows the problem.

I really hope you can help as this is the main reason for me to use the system. To get reminded and notified when things have to be done and are due.
