Scheduling calls via Workflow

Hello, I'm a SugarCRM Pro v5.2 user.

We're testing workflow, but having an issue in scheduling calls.

This is what I've done:

1. setup Process Workflow Tasks in scheduler (this is a SugarCE upgrade, and it wasn't there)

2. setup a new workflow named: webtolead

3. set it to trigger on a new type of lead; tested using ALERT, which worked

4. create new Action

Update field(s) in a related Call
Set Subject as Touch Base After Download
Set Description as
Set Assigned User as myuser
Set Team Id as
Set Duration Hours as
Set Duration Minutes as 15
Set Start Date as 0 hours from Triggered Date
Set Date End as
Set Status as Planned
Set Direction as Outbound

Yet, no call ever shows up relating to this Lead or my User (the 'myuser').

What am I doing wrong?

I thought I was following the docs, but I must have missed something.

Um, where is that?

I scanned the forums here and none specifically mentioned they are for the commercial version.

If you go to SugarCRM.com->Support->Forums, that goes here.

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious, but all roads lead to Rome, and this seems to be Rome.

I've logged this as a case with sugarcrm.com.

Still, I'd like to know where the commercial-only forum is since I've paid for that apparently.

All the forum links lead here as far as I can tell.
