Scheduling doesn't show busy time/time conflict

When I Schedule a Meeting or Schedule a Call, any previously scheduled activity does not appear as "busy time" in the Scheduling Subpanel timeline (i.e. the previously scheduled time does NOT appear as blue boxes as the OS Demo shows). Any additional invitees' busy time does not appear busy either.

However, the Shared Calendar (month) view shows all of the previously scheduled activities just fine. The demo version of SugarOS shows the busy time just fine when scheduling a subsequent meeting or call - so my browser seems to be o.k. I've downloaded the demo versions jsClass_Base and jsClass_async and compared them to my copies, even used the demo versions of these scripts on my install, and still can't get it to work.

All of the meeting information appears to be correct in the mySQL vcals table (the info and tables that are called by the javascript code that draws the scheduling timeline).

Any suggestions?
Am I looking in the right scripts?

I asked this question in April, but no response. In older vesion we used (3.51) this function worked and I used it regularly.

Does anyone have an idea?

Hmmm. Works fine here in Sugarland. Are you certain that Publish at My Location setting in My Account is correct? I recall there being an issue where a trailing space may cause a problem (or, maybe, the lack of a trailing space???).

I'll ask around here if this is a known problem.

Andy's enjoying a much-needed vacation now... I've asked Julian to look into it and he'll report back with his findings.

It's working fine for me on a clean install of Open Source 4.5.1c. Of course, I'd recommend upgrading to 4.5.1d first, although I'm not aware of any bugs that were fixed around scheduling.

If this doesn't work, let me know and I'll investigate further.

Julian, we upgraded to 4.5.1d (build 1273), but are still having the same issue. None of the already scheduled Calls or Meetings show on the graphical schedule line when using the Full Form to set up another call or meeting.

Do you have any suggestions as to where/what we could look into to solve this issue? thanks

Hello Everyone
Did anyone verify that var $update_vcal = true; is still in Call.php and Meeting.php ?
If this is set to false I believe we would not see the entries in there.
