    Default Script Slowing Down Server

    My service provider said that a script on my site was slowing down the server for everyone, so they limited the bandwidth on my site to almost nothing.

    This was the error message they sent me.
    # Time: 070813 7:31:58
    # User@Host: first_db[first_db] @ localhost []
    # Query_time: 5 Lock_time: 0 Rows_sent: 1 Rows_examined: 4
    use first_db;
    SELECT count(id) AS count FROM inbound_email WHERE group_id = '11f263e5-d34e-928e-b7c0-45a4069bf6e0';

    They said I had to remove the offending script or module, but I don't know which one that was.

    I did do two things:
    1) I tried to send a test email through Sugar's email module. (I created a newsletter as a template).
    2) I am working with someone from Sugar to fix the Outlook Plugin which is not archiving correctly.

    Could either of these be the source of the problem?

    Thank you.

    It looks like your problem is with a database called first_db. If that is what you called your sugar instance then you may have a problem with Sugar otherwise I would look for that database.
