    Default SCRM 5.0 e-mail client - why it does not work properly

    Hi,

    Could you tell my why:
    a) if i have some contacts in SCR i do not have them automaticly in e-mail client (SCRM client)
    b) why if i receive an e-mail from someone that is in my contacts, i do not have straight link to this contact

    Why the integration is only on this low level?
    In ver 4.5 i could easily go from inboudn e-mail to contacts.

    Is there possibility to integrate it as it should be done by some patch?
