I have tried to set up a SMTP email account but after inputing all data i only get a message that says:

Send Test Email
An email was sent to the specified email address using the provided outgoing mail settings. Please check to see if the email was received to verify the settings are correct.

But email is not received at the entered email address.

Do i need to change anything inside my php.ini file or whats the problem?
