We are evaluating Sugar CRM. Seems if we are looking for information in the Sitemap search at the top right of the page we can only put in the name.

We might know the location and not a name and not know if its a lead, account, etc so we use the serach beside Sitemap. But if we put in "Inuvik", for example, since we know the town, nothing comes up. We have to have the name only, it seems. Is this normal?
