search function: modules to search

When you click on the magnifying glass next to the search field on the upper right, the "Modules to Search" form pop up which allows you to check the modules that are included in a search. By default, all employees in our company see the following modules that can be checked or unchecked:

Accounts
Cases
Development
Contacts

However, one of our employees sees only Accounts in that form. This seems strange as she has the same CRM rights as the other users.

Also, she didn't experience this problem from the beginning but it suddenly arose.

Any ideas?

This may be an user preference issue.
Try to reset user preference for the buggy user and try again.

Do you mean editing cache/modules/UserPreferences?

Go to User page and click button "Reset User Preferences"
