Hi all,

I have a question about the search feature.
One of my users has multiple accounts in a tier format.

For example, Books is one account and Magazines are another.
Under those accounts she has Books A, Books B, Magazines A, and Magazines B.

When she searches for the specific tiers, it doesn't bring up the A or B accounts she needs.
She's tried advanced search and search by assigned user but that dumps her into the middle of all her accounts, of which she has over 500. Not very productive.

Any input? Thanks for the help!
