We're running 4.0. When one of my salespeople does a search using the search box in the upper right hand corner (not the leads or contacts search) it shows everybody's results, not just the person's that is logged in. Under "Roles" I have List set to "Owner". Indeed, this works on all other screens, just not the search results when using the upper right hand searchbox. If I set Leads to "None" then it works properly and shows no leads. But if I set it on Owner it acts like it's set on "All" instead.

Any ideas?
