Search through MS Word Documents

Hello,
Im going through multiple CRMs and what I really need is a search through MS Word documents (doc or docx)
Here is simple layout of what we search for:
There is a client that will have some information about him/her. We need to attach a Word document to this client and then after we submit this client we need to be able to search through whole database of clients including text from attached files.

There is no built-in functionality for this in SugarCRM. The search in Sugar only looks into the database, but the attached documents are stored in the filesystem.
It would be possible to add this through integrating a file search tool or using a php library with that functionality. This needs code changes, but - as you know - SugarCRM is open source so this can be done.
