Search works for ticket numbers, not for keywords

Hi folks,

I'm a new user of an existing Sugar Enterprise Version 5.2.0c (Build 5505) installation on "Apache/2.2.3 (Debian) PHP/4.4.4-8+etch6 Server". I've noticed that I can search by case number and get what I'm looking for, but when I search for a keyword that appears in case subjects and descriptions, I get no results.

I'm wondering if perhaps there's some indexing problem that I need to fix in order to get the results I hoped for. If you were me, what would you be looking at? (inb4 "a razor blade, with longing and apprehension" )

Add % as prefix to the search keyword.

If you are searching for a word "dispute", use %dispute to search
