Searching full name in global search

Hi,

I have a contact with first name John and last name Doe. I tried to do a global search on John Doe and there were no results. However if I search with either "John" or "Doe", single word, there are results.

I've added 'unified_search'=>true to the full_name in vardefs.php for contacts module and did a Rebuild Extensions, but it works only if I search "JohnDoe" with no spaces between the words.
