Searching in a history

Hello,

is there any way to search in the history for a contact?
I'm viewing a contact in a detail view, and there's a History panel below showing history items related to this contact, when there's 400 items in there it's very hard to scroll through each 10 or 20 items to find the one we look for - is there any way to search history then - in terms of history items related to a contact?

Hi Peter,

In the History subpanel, there is a 'View Summary Button'. When you click this, it will open up a new window with a summary of all your history items in the one screen so you can read through them.

As far as seraching the history items, you can search the Activities in the activities search panels. There should be a Contact field you can search on for that particular contact, although you will need to search for the Tasks, Notes, and Calls separately.

Your other option is to use a reports module which will pull all this information in one report and you can use the filters to search for the specific contact.
