Securing Documents

Hi, just want to ask if there is a way to make this posible with sugarcrm.

I have a couple of normal users and i've given them permission to upload documents using the documents tab of sugarcrm. now when administrators upload certain documents, i want SOME of their documents to be visible to normal users and SOME should be visible to administrators only. is there a way to do this with sugarcrm without using any external module? if not what module should i use? i've tried using inetdocs and zuckerdocs but when i install them, i always fall to an error i cannot fix. pls help.

You can do this using one of the available Teams module for 5.x, Security Suite or CE Teams.
