Security levels in Sugar CRM

Hello,

I´d like to know about security in Sugar CRM, because in my company will be necesary to attach important documentation to our projects.

Of course, I am thinking in SSL and in a correct role management.

But I´d like to know how do you implement security to your CRM.

Is there any way to log all access to every section or document in the CRM? I need to know what users have acceded to what section or document, and even know the IP the user have acceded from.

If you are using SugarCRM 5.5.x the tracker table log all user access.

Search information for tracker, I don't know if it only exists in professional and enterprise editions

Tracker table exists on on 5.5.x flavors.
The PRO and ENT flavors have the Tracker Reports, but you can build some view to filter information from tracker table.

I actually use 5.2 with spanish language pack. So I guess I cant use the tracker table.

I checked my database table, and I found a 'tracker' table, but my SugarCRM version is 5.2. Is the same table you are talking about?

There are some fields in the table with non human friendly values: very long alphanumeric strings.
How could I create a human friendly report? Isnt possible is comunity edition?
