Sorry to bother everyone.. just poked around and found the ROLES function, and it worked like a charm, created a 'provider' role, assigned OWNER only to all setting and it's done.. Sorry to bother...

Is there a what to set users up so they ONLY see their accounts/Contacts/schedules etc?

I have a couple of ' healthcare providers' that want to use Sugar for general patient contacts, but they need to segment the data so that each provider sees only his patients/accounts/contacts/schedule.

they would later want to be able to 'move' the account to another provider to view as a referral and be able to see all cases/appts and notes associated with a contact/account.

can security be tightened that much?
