Security/Roles: Allow managers to view subordinates records

I am using Sugar Community Edition 5.1.0b.

In an implementation I am working on, there are two departments: buying and selling.

The purchasing (buy) managers needs full access to all of his users accounts, but no access to sales (sell) accounts. Conversely, the sales managers need full access to her users/subordinates accounts but not to the buyer's accounts.

Is this possible?
