Security Suite team management in sugarcrm 5 community edition

How can i create a Manager -> TL ->Developer user hierarchy so that Manager can view all the records, TL can view records only of developers under it.and developer can view only his record.

I have created two roles one for group and one for owner rights.i have given owner rights to developers so that they can only their resp records. TLs are given group rights so that they can view their and the developer's records under him.
But as Manager is also in TL's group so manager's records are showing in TL's records/leads which is wrong.

Can anyone give me example link of hierachical team management.

This feature (Team Security) is available in the Professional Edition, but not in the Community Edition.
