Select Field Issue

Hi all

Could someone explain how can I add SELECT FIELD to my custom module's EDIT VIEW ? (as seen in below)

By the way I really want the SELECT FIELD must be very close to my TEXT FIELD (See Pict.)

That's a particular field called RELATE field.
Basically it combines a blank space with select and clear buttons.
So what you have to do is not to create a text field AND a select button, but a RELATE field.
This way your custom field will have a blank space and a select button.

How can i add ITEM to this titles?

By the way where is the COMPANY within these items??

There is a list which includes these modules, like the ones used in dorpdowns. Locate it and add to it your custom module (ITEMS ? )

By the way where is the COMPANY within these items??

There is no COMPANY module by default. Some Sugar user transform Accounts to Companies, but it's a customisaition.
If you wish to do that, you have to replace labels involving Accounts to Companies everywhere.
