Hi All,

I have just set up a mail merge with sugarcrm and MSword. I have about 2000 names and addresses on Sugar under leads that I want to send newletters out too. When I try and add names to the mailmerge it wants me to select recipients individually. Obviously with 2000 names to do manually could take me all day, so is there a way to select all the recipients in leads for a mail merge?

Any help would be much appreciated
