Selling SugarCRM Community Edition

Hello,

I have a question about selling SugarCRM Community Edition with modified functionality. Im planning to customize SugarCRM Community Edition for local automobile vendors and plan to sell this edition. Can I do that ? In this case, if I have to provide the source code to the buyer, then can they resell it without my permission.

Yes, you could resell a modified version of it and yes, you also would need to provide the code (it is not an option), and yes, said recipient can in turn either: give it away or further modify it and resell it. They could do either without your permission, as your permission is not required, given it would all be licensed under the AGPL license.
