Hello,
When the new support request via e-mail arrives I can automatically create a new case based on that e-mail and send the reply e.g. "Your support request has been registered etc....".
But when I close the case I want to send automatically another e-mail with the content e.g. "Your support request has been completed" and include the note from the case's resolution field.
I really don't want to do it manually, because I have to copy-paste the resolution text and select the proper recipient for that e-mail.
If I can create the case from e-mail can I do it vice versa too? Create the e-mail from the case?
