Send email from another user?

I don’t know if this is possible or not. But when a user creates an email the From field is an arrow dropdown indicating there is some way to send the email from a different user.

Is this actually possible, and of so, how to set it up so we can do it? I tried adding a second email address to my Email Settings, but that didn’t appear to do anything for me. So far the arrow drops down and still just displays one user.

Not sure why the 2nd email address doesn't show but your group email accounts will show in the dropdown. These can be setup under Admin->Inbound Email.

Hey, Jason. It's Corey from Gaggle. I could have just sent this to you, but thought the community might have the quick answer to what I'm missing/doing wrong.

To clarify, our sales team has an administrative assistant. We have a process where sales reps create quotes, but the Admin Asst reviews the quotes and sends/emails the Quotes to the customer from Sugar. So we would like the Admin Asst to be able to send emails through Sugar as if the email was coming from the sales rep (different user). We can have the Admin log in as each sales rep to send the emails, but would prefer to avoid that workaround if there's something inherent within Sugar to be able to do this from one user's login.

If this is something unique to us that we need some customization on, let me know and we'll address it outside of the forums.
