Hello, I would like to accomplish the following... every time the status of a lead is changed to 'converted' an email would automatically be sent to that person. The email would be sent based on a template that would populate with name and some other basic varibles from the lead form.

I cannot figure out how to set this up. Can someone offer some help? Thanks!
