Send email with external content in Lead creation

Hi, i have a requirement such that i need to send an email whenever a new Lead is created.
How can i go with it? Is there any need to create logic hooks for it?
And the content of the email must be an external content (dynamic), not the static code in a file.
Can anyone help me with this... ?

Please clarify the dynamic content of email.
This may affect on solution to design.

what i mean by that is tomorrow if we choose to change the content of the email.
we can do so without touching the code.
Tomorrow we want to change the subject of the email
We want to change the from address. These things should not be hardcoded in the email.

We had implemented feature like that for some customers.
These features includes metadata and templates which enable you to customize the email without development skills.

Hi Andopes, i have sent you 2 files, regarding that, and waiting for you.
I also tried to implement a logic hook before_save, and was able to send a mail to a static address, but the only drawback is that i dont know how to get the email address
entered in the create lead form, so that i can send mail to that address. Please guide me.
