We are having some problems when trying to send email through the campaign.
E-mails are displayed in row but they are not sent on schedule.

campaigns are sent based on the Start Date and time determined in the Email Marketing section of the Campaign AND based on how often the Scehduler is set to run.
Check the Scheduler in the admin area. If you have not already, you need to set up the cron (this allows the scheduler to work --the item to add is displayed in the Scheduler list view), then check how often 'Run Nightly Mass Email Campaigns' is set to run. The default is 'On the hour from 2:00 to 6:00'. This means that even if you set up you campaign to send at 3:00PM today, it will sit in the queue area and only begin sending out at 2:00 AM tomorrow. You will probably want to expand this time, or make it 'as often as possible'.
