Send emails to multiple specific recipients

Hello all,
Im looking for a way to email a group of recipients within my accounts database by using a qualifier in the account module. For example I have 4 different service lines and if product "A" has an issue and I need to email all the customers that have product "A" I would like to do this. I have a checkbox added in the account by way of custom field addition to specify the products/services that they have. I had an issue today where one of our services was experiencing issues for a few hours and wanted to email that group based on the account qualifier (checkbox) who had that service.

Any Ideas?!?

Unfortunately you can't do exactly what you need with existing sugarcrm functionality.
I think that you just need something custom and it is possible to develop.
