Send Error on Email

I am trying to send email from SugarCRM OpenSource. On one User it works on the other user it does not work. Can someone help me understand why I would get a Send Error.

Usually, the email set up is wrong. If the email works for user A and not for user B, then you need to go to B's My Account. Scroll down to Email options and make sure that the setting for user B is the same as user A. You need to do this for all the users. Let me know if this does not work!
