Send Queued Campaign Emails Not Working

Hello,

I sent out a batch of 232 emails over a three day period. All the emails sent fine except for the last 24 emails. After selecting them all in the queue and then hitting the "Send Queued Campaign Emails" button the browser just quickly refreshes with all of the 24 emails still sitting there. I tried dumping my browser cache to see if that had anything to do with it but no luck.

Anyone else have any experience like this? If so did you find a solution?

Try this

1) On the Email Queue screen put a checkmark next to all the emails
2) Click on Actions down at the bottom of the ListView
3) Change 'In Process' from 'None' to 'No' and save

then try again. The In process flag is there for any email that didnt get accepted by the remote server for some reason, if it is flagged, SugarCRM will only attempt to send it once every 24 hours or so.

If that doesnt do it, set your log level to 'Debug', do the above again and post the resulting sugarcrm.log file (you might want to clear it first so we dont get alot of fluff)
