"Send Test" in Email campaign does not work

Hi,

I have created an email compaign and tried sending the mails to target list by clicking on "Send Test". I am getttng the message "Test Emails Sent". But the recipients are unable to get the mails. Please give me a help.

Have you looked in the campaign queue?

admin>manage mail queue

Thanks for your reply . I looked into the mail queue and I was able to view the queue mail list which I had sent.
Can you explain me what needs to be done now.
