Good morning.
I sent a small email campaign (under 150 emails) this morning by sending them off directly from the queue instead of waiting for the scheduler to catch them. Things looked normal until the browser refreshed and I had a string of 1's for an error message. I went back to the queue and about forty of the emails had been sent, with the rest still sitting in the queue. I was able to get the rest of the emails in the queue out, but it took an additional two tries, and now I have three emails stuck as 'In process.'
Did my browser time out? Consequently, should I not send them using queue management?
Also, is it possible to retrieve and resend the three emails stuck in queue?
