Sending E-mail Invites to Leads

In the current version of SugarCRM it is possible to send e-mail invites to Contacts and SugarCRM users. Personally I think I would be usefull for any company if you could also invite leads by sending them an e-mail.

It would provide a company a good moment to add additional company's information (or any other relevant info!) in the invitation e-mail for the potential new Contact.

1. Would it be possible to add this functionality manually into the application ? If so, how ?
2. Is any functionality planned in the near future of SugarCRM ?
3. Current version of SugarCRM only supports plain text invitations. An easy way to enhance professionality is by sending HTML email. Adding a small logo or a small footer will make the email look much more better. Each contact with a Lead should be perfect! Is this functionality planned in the near future of SugarCRM? Or is this possible by adding it manually?
