Sending emails from campaigns

I have set up a test contact that is me in a test list for a test campaign so I can get used to how the chain works.
I cant seem to send the email,

I set up two email accounts one for general use and one for bounces in the system. Not sure if i really need the bounce one at this stage.

What can I check I already did the diagnostic and I can send and receive email through the activities/email menus.
Just the campaigns dont seem to send mails, where can I see progress or bugs in this regard ?

ps I dont get it that my possible actions are bounce only so I see this line

Possible Actions: Bounce Handling

Is this the problem ? If I dont set that then it isnt available to be selected as the account to use for the campaign.

I can see that the email queue has some emails ready to go and clicking on the send emails button clears the queue but I dont get the email in my external test email box. I'm getting through the documentation in much more detail but I still feel im doing things right. I have tried sending to targets and contacts now still same no emails.

Some progress as now I can get test emails to leave the system, these test emails display fine except if it is a hotmail email, the html is not shown in fact it looks something like the following
