Sending error message

Im using Sugar OS 4.5.1 c on a lamp install at OLM.net

Today I was sending emails and I noticed a few that had send error messages like this :

Follow up Send Error Ian Meskimen sdeguzman edit rem

in the sent email section of email

Is there a known fix for this or what can I do?
