Hello

I'm studying the cases mudule (Sugar Professional) and I'm wondering how to send a knowledge base article as an answer to a case. The problem I find is this:

- If I go to KB and just send the article, the email isn't linked to the case and there isn't the case macro identifier [CASE XXX] that will help us if the user replies
- If I create an email from a case there is the identifier, I didn't find any simple way to base it on a KB article

Am I missing something?
