Sending newsletter to all contacts

How quickly prepare and send to all contacts newsletter?
I heve problems with preparing that action.

Vesrion: 6.0 Community Edition

Your contacts have to be on a target list to send them a campaign.

First create a target list.

Then go to the contacts module, and use the select all feature to select all contacts then use actions add to target list.

The problem is that you can only add them one page at a time. You will have to go to each pages and perform the same action. This can be a problem if you have a lot of contacts.

A work around is to go to the admin page and in system settings expand the number of records that show up on a page.

Of course in pro and enterprise editions you can create a report and add contacts to a target list via a report.

It would be nice to have the same drop-down selector which allows you to 'select all', on this page.
similar to the drop down on the Contacts and Accounts page.

it is there, it just does not function as expected. i think it is because another window opens up that allows you to search for the target list you wish to add to. thus canceling out your select all and only keeping what you have selected on that page.

You can also use our KINAMU Reporter in the CE Edition and create target list with some flexibility from the reports you defined. Easy and free and no hassle ... .. christian.

Thank you for all tips.
I can not configure properly email. I have possibility of choosing only IMAP serwer type not POP. Why?
Is it possible to change it?
I should like to us for sending email gmail serwer.

How to solve this problem?
Where should I configure mailbox for undelivered messages? Without it I can not send messages from Campaign.

In 554 as well as in 60 you can add the entire list (more than one page) to a target list. The bug has been fixed apparently
