serach by account name doesn't work in new module

Hello all

I am new to sugarcrm. I create a new company module named customer in sugarcrm 5.0.0g application. If i add a many to many relationship from customer to accounts in module builder, the search layout of customer won't show the search by account name.

If I add a relate field customer_account in customer, I can put the relate field into the edit view, detail view and basic search layout. And I can select account name from the drop down field. However, when I select a account and search the customer, it returns nothing.
Any idea from anyone to help me? Thank you.

Actually, when I create the new module, I add a many to many relationships to accounts. However, how can I add a 'Account Name' to the search layout view like contact module. I am really new to the sugarcrm and not sure why the account_name field not in fields of contact can show in contact's search form.
