Serious bug in 4.5.0 Patch E: MyCalls and MyMeetings records are duplicated

When I make Call or Meeting record, I always become 2, 4 or more MyCalls or MyMeetings on Home screen.

My System is:
Suse 10
PHP 4.4.0
Apache 2

We are suffering the same problem since upgrading to the lasted patch 4.5.0e. If the appointment is edited is is dulplicated again!

I have similar problem as well. When someone create a meeting and invite 2-3 more people in the meeting then that entry is duplicated 2-3 times. Is there a fix for that?

I seem to have fixed the problem by unckecking my meetings and selecting assigned to user.

Hi all -

We will be releasing patch F shortly to address this regression as well as address a 3 other urgent bugs that have recently come up.

Attached is a hot fix for this issue. Simply unzip the attached file into your Sugar web root.

Update: This fix has been removed and replaced with the fix in post #11 on this thread.

I just tried this fix, but still have the same problem.

I extracted the files of this fix and replaced the ones on the server with the fix files, yet still see duplicates in the dashlet

I should note, however, it does fix "held meetings/calls", but for some reason it lists a current meeting that I have twice.

That's the only issue it's having now after the hotfix
