Hi guys....

i have one sugarcrm where 3 links of other sugarcrm is also embed into it.as shown in the image. now when i enter into the tab where the links are and click on of the links then it shows the ogin page of respective sugarcrm. but after login it throws/ redirects the user to the login page.


Can anyone help me with this problem.Thnx in advance.

Check your PHP configuration and verify that the session.save_path setting is pointing to a folder that 1: exists and 2: is fully accessible by the user under which your web server is running.

Thanks for your reply but it didn't really help me.as per what you said i checked the path and it is feasible to web server and it exists.
actually heres the thing. in the home tab there is link to (my portal, agentsupport, carrier contracts, vendors) these tab are link to other sugarcrm of the respective names. after clicking on these links i get the login screen of clicked-sugarcrm( Eg: if i choose agentsupport i get the login screen of agent support in the below window as shown in image.)
Now possibly the programmer who customized this has not kept the session continued what the sugarcrm by-default must have generated.
So i want to keep the session going/continued till user logs out of the main sugarcrm. so how is this possible? Please tell me if the question is not clear, perhaps i'll provide with more details if required.
P.S: i am a programmer too soif there aer any changes in files or coding part no problems i'll do it as per the procedure.
