Session Timeout - How to change to more then 1440 seconds

Hi,

I require the session to timeout only after 3.5 hours of inactivity. The Sugar admin panel will only allow me to enter up to 1440 which is no good. If the CRM times out then my users are not getting the reminders on the screen,
