    Default Set a default team for case creation

    We are using Sugar Enterprise 5.1.0b

    Is there anyway to set a default team for new case creation? I have looked through every module and cannot even field the team fields listed anywhere

    We are using a very simple setup - everyone is part of the global team so they can see all cases. We are using the Outlook plugin to be abel to create a new case directly from email. Cases get assigned a 'blank' team - I want all cases to be assigned to the global team by default

    You can do this using Work Flows.

    Thank you! I now have all new cases created via the Outlook plugin automatically assigned to the Global team

    I am also trying to get this same process working for new cases created via 'Create Case' within the Sugar interface but I can't seem to find the correct condition to make this happen. Basically I want all new cases created to auto-populate the team Id field with the global team. What am I missing?
