Default Set up a user seeing only his leads, accts., etc?

SOLVED: I FOUND OUT YOU CAN DO IT WITH ROLES... (VIEW, LIST). IT HELPS TO READ THE MANUAL!!! :-)

Is there some way to create a user so that they only see their own leads, accounts, etc.. and not everyone's stuff? Can that be done or do all users always share all other user's data? I thought this could be done via a role, but I don't see how.

    Thanks.

Yup. Setup different roles for the different types of people who need access to your SugarCRM. You can even apply multiple roles to one user. We have a terminated role, for example, which removes all access. Also, remember to copy an existing role, when you start a similar one. It will save you a lot of time clicking. Jeff
