Setting Accounts as Target Lists

Hi there

I am creating our first email campaing in sugarcrm 5.5.1. I have reviewed the documentation and think I have understood it correctly however I have a quick question.

As this would be a first approach to the "accounts" objectives of this campaing, we do not have 90% of the contacts for each account. Instead we have the details and email information for the accounts.

Do you know if it is possible to create from the Sugar UI a target list using the Accounts, and not the contact information (which we do not have).??

As a workaround I have thought about exporting the Account name and Account Email to a CSV file, and then reimport it as a Target List pretending that the account name is the "Contact Last Name" required for a Target Member in a Target List.

Please let me know your thoughts.

if i understand you correctly - why not create your Target List from the default 'Customer Account List' located in the Reports module?

Thanks for the answer, sorry but dont understand you 100%, maybe it is because I fortgot to mention that my sugar version is 5.5.1 CE and not professional.

Could you please point me exactly what you mean as I do not find the Report screen containing the "Customer Account List" you mention
