Setting default list filtering?

Sugar 4.2 OS.
When we click the 'Cases' tab it shows a list of all cases regardless of status. How/where do I change this behavior so that it shows only 'open' cases (i.e. all status except 'Closed')?
Possible? Painful? Wicked easy?

Do you have a plan to upgrade to 4.5.0? It has ability to create such kind of custom view in a very easy way.
