Setting a default password for new user creation

Has anyone be able to add the feature of SugarCRM creating a default password when a new user is created, instead of having to create the user, then go in and change the password? Thanks.

That feature is in my new Admin Tools module. I have suspended work on 4.0.1 version to move onto the 4.2 version.

It adds a password field to the Users EditView (only when creating a new user).
