Setting inbound emails

Hello ,
I have set the same mail address as I have set in my outlook while configuring my email id.
In sugar crm I can only send mails, but can not view inbox emails.
Please help me to solve this. I have searched a lot on this topic but not found any proper solution.

Need more info....

Outlook has many ways of configuring inbound e-mail...some of which are not supported in Sugar...

How did you set it up in Sugar?

Does it work if you click "test settings?"

i think mostly u just set the smtp email setting only.
do you set the inbound email setting?
