Setting up group email inbox

I'm running SugarCRM 4.5.0f on Centos 4, Apache 2.0.52, php 5.1.4, mysql 4.1.20.

I'm attempting to configure the inbound email functionality inside Sugar. I've managed to create an Inbound Email account and mailbox info that is able to login to the mail server, that's no problem.

The administration manual seems a bit vague on the steps necessary in order to associate a set of users with that inbound email account. What I'm expecting to do is assign a set of users that have permission to open that Group Inbox and assign emails out of there to other users. How does one go about doing this?

How do you assign users permissions to read a specific group email mailbox?
