Setting up User Properties

Hey guys,

I need to setup a user that will only have access to accounts that assigned to them so they cannot look at all of the other personal info. How would I do this when creating the user?

I am using:
SugarPro 4.2.0
Linux based

Maybe you can use roles to limit users from deleting accounts. Please see 'Role Management' in the Admin menu.
